Abstract

Long time, it has been taught only that the relationship between System Engineering & Project Management is two sides of same coin. And WBS is common tool System among Engineering & Project Management. However, there has been no article which taught about exact relationship between System Engineering & Project Management and creative use of WBS management among them. This article reveals firstly this exact relationship and creative and effective use of them.
