This study proposed an idea which provides computational aid to management including monitoring, analysis and navigation of knowledge workers activities. Distinguished from the existing knowledge systems, this system has two specific features. Firstly, peoples activities and knowledge creating processes instead of knowledge objects are focused in this system. Secondly, it effectively helps to manage not only explicit knowledge, but also tacit knowledge through a systemic approach. With clearly specified management principles, artificial intelligence are capable to understand the implication of these key activities and navigate them towards the continuity of knowledge creation spiral.
