Because the information leakage by the human factor of the insider was the great part, the factor of the information leakage in the company reviewed risk management. ISO31000 is published as the international standards in 2009 and risk management is utilized for all the fields. The risk communication between the risk assessment person and the object organization is important in the risk management and each characteristic must be grasped. The risk assessment person has the possibility of zero risk principle. Prospect theory is given as the theory about the risk recognition by the object organization. To make a risk communication function, it examined about the trust model because the risk assessment person needed trust getting from the object organization.
