Abstract

Authors conducted analyses of (a)an interview of a representative of the Parent's Association for Food Allergy Patients (2009.10) and (b) 172 topics (2009/2/13-2010/1/22) about food service of mixi community for food allergy patients. As a result, lacks of (1) information for raw materials of food menus and (2) knowledge about food allergy of restaurant staff could be a cause of uncertainty and reluctant for food allergy patients and their families. In this paper, user evaluation for a smart phone service were explained. The service was designed to support communication at a restaurant to provide food allergy information.
