Abstract
Our study aims to understand mechanisms to maximize the performance of intellectual activity and accelerate tool and system development for practical uses. In this study we made a focus on meetings which is typical intellectual interaction and tested applicability of transaction-based management. First, we integrated the transaction-based evaluation model for meetings by taking pre/post-related activities into account. Then we surveyed effects of key activity indicators to key performance indicators and developed covariance structuring models based on a series of correlation and regression analyses. Finally we hypothetically proposed a managerial model for increasing intellectual productivity of meetings and conferences and reinforcing project management capabilities.
