Abstract

The purpose of competitive strategy is to realize a competitive advantage to a competitor. It is supposed that excellent competitive strategy is to be designed with an analytic approach. However, in the business of the real world, when a manager makes decisions, management resources begin to function and the enterprise is developing dynamically. Moreover, a management base is formed by continuous decision-making and management strategy comes to be affected to the management base. Furthermore, competition is also affected in the strategies of the other companies. In such a dynamic competition structure, we cannot design the competitive strategy in advance. So, in this research, I show clearly what kind of strategy is effective by using a business game.
