Large enterprises introduced environmental management, and the small and medium-sized enterprises which are those business partners are pushing forward environmental actions under greening pressure. However, it cannot be said that the environmental management of SME spreads in communities. This is because support for SME is insufficient. Zaima (2009) classified SME in four types and showed that environmental management support demanded by each type was different. Zaima (2009) also clarified the present conditions of the support for the SME in the community. In this study, we make an agent-based mode on the basis of the previous study and show some simulation results of the basic model.
