The guardians of children who go to early childhood and elementary educational facilities are expected to support those facilities. However, since these supporting activities are usually unpaid works, guardians are likely to lose their motivations if the tasks which they are engaged in do not suit their personalities. Therefore, these activities have become difficult to implement effectively based on the well organized system now.
In this research, a model for management of guardians' support activities in those facilities is presented. The model aims at supporting of planning and implementing these activities more effectively in line with recent socio-economic changes. It is designed on the basis of the previous researches and the data on a private kindergarten in Yokohama.
