While global competition becomes intensified, business strategy or innovation strategy is beeing enthusiastically discussed. However, on even business strategy or innovation strategy, the ex post financial evaluation has been rarely done regardless of domestic or overseas. Thereupon, the production function, in which ordinary profit is brought by machinery investment, information investment snd R&D expense, is in a time series applied to generate the trajectories of each ROR of investment/expense on some manufacturieng firms and to discuss the strategies based on the trajectories.
