Abstract
This paper considers one of the significant aspects of the justification process underpinning concept creation in the organizational knowledge-creating process from the epistemology and the tacit knowing points of view, where we rely on a systems methodology instead of a trial-and-error approach for practice of organizational knowledge creation. The aspect of embodied knowledge from the tacit knowing is the key of consideration that focuses on the justification processes along practices of systems methodologies. Finally, some future research directions of the systems methodologies are suggested by employing the critical systems practice as an example.
