Case in Five Cities of Kanagawa Prefecture

Abstract

Now when the 3.11 disaster has been treated, we would foresee a whole generation targeted in the social welfare system reform, with an attention to burdens besides benefits. Child care takes social values also to retain society itself. Like as the aged care these human services could organize local resources in small business points. I examine these activities configured in five cities of Kanagawa prefecture to approach this industry structure and implications.
