Abstract
License free Operating System, Linux, is used for business critical system in the enterprise market in the recent IT industry and then Open Source Software value is getting important. OSS products had been handled by particular experts several years ago but most of information is disclosed due to diffusion of the Internet, then many companies has been considering to use them according to appearance of OSS support vendors. Everybody can use OSS products free of charge and redistribute them with added value. OSS development seems to be a volunteer activity but there is an interesting business model around a case study of Zabbix SIA.
