Adhesion to automation of information processing shall push people into a cage that limits human performance only at a certain level and it may result in decrease of social vitality.
They also misunderstand purpose and direction of standardization on IT. It is important to standardize the interface that connects new technologies developed and introduced rapidly today however, standardization of packaging of human performance to meet ERP is an absurd idea.

A classification of consumers has beed analyzed by demographic traits and/or questionnaire data. These approaches, however, may not be able to extract meaningful characters because of customers' smattering information or inaccuracy of responses. We then focus on actual purchasing behaviors by classifying customers based on sequencing co-buying goods data on customers' buying histories. As a result, we can defined consumers' purchase characters of specific convinience stores by using sets on featured co-buying patterns.

A group decision making situation consists of multiple decision makers, and they are, as a whole, required to choose one or more alternatives out of a set of all alternatives. Such a situation accompanied with a hierarchical structure of the group of decision makers, social relationships among decision makers, and preferences of decision makers toward alternatives is represented as a signed graph. Then, the analysis of the situation with the Newcomb's balance concept reveals a relationship between stable states of the situation in the Newcomb's sense and the structure of the situation as a social network.
