Abstract
In this study, we have constructed a trading market of ideas. Using this market, we have conducted an experiment. First, in the form of answers to a given problem, the subjects submit ideas. Next, the market organizer picks some good ideas to be listed on the stock exchange. Lastly, the subjects buy or sell the securities of those ideas. By market mechanism, the prices change depending on the quality and the needs of those ideas. Through financial incentives, market mechanism reduces the influence from others upon one's decision-making. It also makes one tell the truth. Based on the findings of this experiment, this paper summarizes the issues to be aware of, when building a market of ideas in organizations and firms.
