Abstract
While activating the research on local activity in recent years, exhaustion of each area which is the spot is still being enhanced. The true cause of a phenomenon is because clear PDCA to the devised measure cannot be turned. In order to solve the cause,first,show the process in which it is activated, exactly. Next, extract the index (it can visualize) which can grasp the present condition correctly for every process. I think that they are two points above. I would like to show the process model of local activity in this paper. Based on some effects which model local activity, it pays its attention to the consumer behavior which has influence to the effect, and the relevance of corresponding local resources.
