Abstract
At many spots of systems development, it is required to develop the system which is satisfied with various technical requirements and the requirements for a customer for a short period of time.
For there are less development staffs under the environment where An unripe staff(student)can receive advice from an experienced staffs timely, it causes a development staff's working efficiency fall.
Then, a student shares an experienced staff and a problem situation and proposes the framework of a method which offers support according to the knowledge level of a situation and a student. Furthermore, We develop a problem-solving procedure creation supporting system, and examine the effective method of relation among staffs.
