How to make demand forecasting system for aid goods with use of twit data on twitter

Abstract

It is still fresh in our mind that supply shortage happened in disaster area soon after the Great East Japan Earthquake happened.
Shortage of aid goods continued for a long time in evacuation center even if there were a pile of aid goods in the distribution base.
In this study, we try to propose how to make aid goods management system with use of twit data on twitter at large scale disaster.
