Abstract

Simons insisted that interactive control promote innovative activities in an organization. We analyzed from data about management control systems in Japanese companies which listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was carried out in February and March in 2012, researching about of the person responsible for the organizational main business unit. We find that interactive control systems impact to innovative behavior and communication patterns.
