Abstract

The word “business design" is at intervals heard but rarely seen as a research theme. Instead of design, the word “analysis" is used in fields of economics or management. Generally speaking, “analysis" is opposed to against to “synthesis", and “design" is not “analysis" but “synthesis". Moreover, “design" corresponds to “plan" but “analysis" corresponds to “check" in the PDCA management cycle. Also in the project life cycle, although positioning “design" is different every project, “design" is done at the last stage of preparation or at the initial stage of implementation, or over both stages.
