Abstract
This study reveals the factors that hinder the sustainability of organic farming and proposes the Producer-Consumer Collaboration Model as a possible solution to the sustainability of organic farming. The feasibility of the model was tested and analyzed where the researcher studied the organic farm, “Atsuta-Nouen" and “Nappa-no-Kai," a consumer group that purchases products from Atsuta-Nouen. In conclusion, 22 requirements that must be fulfilled to implement this model are proposed.
