Abstract
There are some restaurant chains growing rapidly, though some of the chains are lagging behind of standardizing business process that are supposed to be done. This paper present the analysis result of case study at back office process at restaurant, and result about effectiveness from feasibility test for prototype system the author had developed. Provision of the organization to make entrenched improvement effectiveness is also discussed in this paper.
