Abstract
It is theoretically known that an innovation in an organization is made by interactions among organizational members. For the innovation, there is a need for systems analysis (SA) that helps the members be conscious of their environments. The SA is considered different from the conventional third-person-perspective SA. The author has been proposing an idea that appropriates activity theory as diagrammatic resources in phenomenology. It means practicing phenomenology with the diagrammatic resource of activity theory. In the viewpoint of the philosophy of Dilthey, job enrichment theory of Hachman et al, and others, we examine whether the method and diagrammatic resource help organizational members become conscious of the environment and conditions.
