Information System Evaluation of Local Government Using DEA

Abstract

Evaluation of local government information systems, such as the introduction of residents' satisfaction and maturity model has come to be performed. System evaluation has been carried out by conducting a questionnaire survey on several items concerning the system and summarizing the point. In that case, aggregate weight becomes a problem. The purpose of this paper is to verify the information system evaluation of local governments using the technique of DEA. This technique is characterized by changes in weight for each evaluation of local governments.
