Abstract
Requisites of superior firms have been enumerated in various respects both in East and the West, and names of superior firm themselves have been done also. Then, on those firms of this country, their securities report data are analyzed by applying the framework of standardized growth accounting having 3 input factors of capital, labor etc, assuming production function that value added is expressed as relationship with machinery investment, information investment and labor cost. Comparing the requisites for superiority with the analysis results, the sufficiency or propriety of requisites and conversely the propriety of assessment method of growth accounting and production function are studied for trying to reflect the these study results to business design.
