Abstract
The efficiency in social welfare services is required in the central government argument. We remark after the 3.11 disaster child care services preferentially executed as to symbolize hope for the future. All around residential areas those business have expected to the new official system pending as ever. Following the previous study I examined two districts of Yokohama City with subdividing local markets and culture.
