Characteristic of dynamic capability in growing industry

An approach to competitive advantage in social game industry

Abstract

Dynamic capability (hereunder DC) is required with especially market which has rapid changes. But the definition of DC is wide and market situation is different in each industry , so required DC differs. By focusing on specific industry, it can be understood what kind of DC is related with competitive advantage. This study investigated growing companies in domestic social game industry to understand the characteristic of DC which is required at growing industry. As a result, this study found similar DC in growing companies.
