Abstract

After the East Japan Great Earthquake the reconstruction from the earthquake are being developed. Regeneration of SMEs is important for the reconstruction of Tohoku region. The most important challenge for the reconstruction of coastal SMEs, is the restructuring of distribution channels.
In this study, we consider the direction of a new supply chain built connecting consuming regions and SMEs in the affected areas. And next, we suggest a new e-business model for Tohoku reconstruction support.
