Abstract
At most of the video sharing sites, the watchers can give their own evaluation and comments to these video, and these are exhibited as the information of the video with the replay count. According to the previous researches, there are differences in not only the contents of contribution but also the amount of comments from the watchers depending on the cultural background of the users of a SNS site. These findings suggest a possibility that the cultural difference can be mentioned by the differences in the evaluations and the amount of comments to the same video contents. This paper discusses the validity of our hypothesis through the comparative analyses of the access counts of the video sharing sites in Japan and China.
