Abstract
This paper clarifies problems of the concept of phronetic leadership (Nonaka & Toyama, 2007; Nonaka et al., 2008) towards further studying the substance of leadership managing and enabling knowledge-creating process (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995). Firstly, this paper commences with a review of literature on the concept of phronetic leadership. Secondly, the location of problems of phronetic leadership is explained. Finally, this research shows the direction of future research and part of substantiated research on leadership in the context of knowledge-creating process.
