Abstract
The Condorcet situation, one of the group decision making situations with three decision makers and three alternatives, is characterized with respect to misperception correction. A group decision making situation with a decision making rule is mathematically expressed in the framework of the theory of committees. The majority rule and the unanimous rule are utilized for the characterization of the Condorcet situation. The concept of stable alternatives in the theory of committees with member's permissible ranges is employed to identify the decision in a group decision making situation with a specific decision making rule, and the misperception by decision makers is described in the framework of hypergame theory.
