Abstract
Traditionally, the dynamic adaption of IT interface has been discussed in the context of reaction against the change in organisation's environmental and/or competitive condition. Assumption there has been that the managerial environment changed faster the that of IT infrastructure. ?Hence, the topics covered have been directed towards the adaptation on the IT side, such as flexible information systems and componentisation. With recent accelerated development of IT, however, the areas of works usefully born by IT has been expanding accordingly. Consequently, the adaption by the organisation has been becoming an urgent concern. The article reviews the global issues of dynamic adaptation and postulates a framework for researches into them.
