Management of standardization of MNCs and its implication in the use of IT(II)

Abstract

Process standard would be the key for application of IT to corporation. Most of Western MNC utilizes a package of global HR system and process approach. The rising interest of Japanese MNC to establish a global HR system seems to follow the Western model. Some performing Japanese MNC, however, has diverted strategy for process standardization, as this paper examines Toyota Way, Komatsu Way and Kao Way.
