Abstract
In the future ICT, various techniques function all in one body, and the cooperation between the enterprises is indispensable. There is also a study to which permeation of a management philosophy is important to find identity of an enterprise. Permeation of a management philosophy makes an individual decide right, even if there are no directions of an administrator. And the management which has the speed is achieved.
We study the enterprise case which recovered from financial difficulties and investigate the way to make a management philosophy permeate. Uniting of the organization by the permeation of a new management philosophy is important to escape from the difficult situation. Behavior and interpretation of an organization member make a shared process in the organization.
