Abstract
This study aims to clarify psychological determinants of knowledge-sharing behavior. The effects of organization-based self-esteem, computer self-efficacy and intrinsic / extrinsic knowledge-sharing motivation in small and medium-sized enterprises are studied. Data were gathered by using questionnaire answers from employees working in manufacturing enterprises and divided into three groups according to the enterprise size. The results show that 1) computer self-efficacy has a positive effect in large enterprises, 2) intrinsic knowledge-sharing motivation has a positive effect in small and medium-sized enterprises, 3) small and medium-sized enterprises should discuss about enhancing employees' intrinsic motivation to share knowledge.
