Abstract
In order to sustain business growth under the rapid change in the competitive advantage, companies have to repeat planed and emergent business changes using IT. This paper proposes “Value Creation Cycle" as a way of planed change incorporating emergent factors or emergent change concentrating on planed intention. Value creation cycle is constructed from value emergency cycle in product/service development process and value amplification cycle in product/service providing process.
By the case studies and the data analysis of the survey, this paper shows how companies realize value creation cycle.
