Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to clarify a framework of role and value creation of the ICT when a company provides health management information. In recent years, companies have carried out strategic health management of employees from the management point of view. In this effort, ICT is considered to have contributed to the value proposing of health management. Moreover, health management information can be integrated with health management tools in order to exchange experiences of the users. Hence, I clarify the structure of this service from the viewpoint of five strategic thoughts; service ecosystem, collaboration, value proposing, designing, configuring of the service dominant logic.
