A study on a method of implementation (;assessment ) for sustainable development on the smart cities with co-creation of human and information technologies

Abstract

In order to solve the social and structural challenges that our country and the world are facing, we need to carry out the construction of the assessment model for implementing the sustainable smart cities with co-creation of human and information technologies.
Assessment Index of the city is a structured indicator system to carry out integrated evaluation in the three aspects of economic, social, environment, such as Inclusive Wealth Index . On the other hand, International standard (Individual Index) have been developed, such as ISO 37120 and ISO/TS 37151.
In this paper, we propose a assessment model on the smart cities that use the approach of economics, business administration and engineering, by use of Internet of Things, Big data, and Artificial Intelligence.
