How to build an identification system in the field of health care

Considering the risk and merit of My Number and the other system

Abstract

“My Number", the Japanese identification system has started. Now the target is the field of social security and tax, but the next main field is health care where we are bothering about the increase of health care cost. The report of health care identification system was revealed by the government, but it concluded that the field of health care didn't use “My Number" system and should use the other identification system. We must understand the risk and the merit of these systems and consider which system is better for Japan.
