Establishment of human resources for good IT-procurement

Introducing the case of Board of Audit

Abstract

More than half a century has passed since Japanese government started to perchase IT systems. In the history of IT-procurement, although we have a lot of projects with huge costs, some systems are not fully effective or that we can not see the expected services. The report by Board of Audit tells these cases in these years. In this presentation, as an effort to make a difference such a situation, I will organize the key points of the improvement of the communication environment and introduce the human resources strategy that Board of Audit is working on.
