Abstract
In business or other social fields, efforts have been continued to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to solve various issues. In this research, we identified the core problem of a local government in Japan, developed a machine learning algorithm to help solve it, and evaluated its performance. At the same time, we investigated to what extent users accepted the information presented by AI and their psychological reaction to AI. As a result, we found that AI learns the preference of the users through the developed algorithm, while there is a psychological gap between believing the information presented by AI and making decisions based on that information. AI that will fill this gap is needed to develop as future work.
