Abstract
Recently, the economic growth of Southeast Asian countries is remarkable.
Therefore, it is a well-known fact that many Japanese companies take the countries as production bases and markets.
This movement is no exception in the distributors. Among Japanese distributors, the opening of convenience stores (CVS) is on the rise.
However, difficulties in securing human resources for business management are pointed out in companies, and concrete actual conditions of business education are also unknown in many cases.
Therefore, in this presentation, we focus on the business education at the store management level, which is the root of the strength of CVS. We will examine the current situation and extract the problems.
