Abstract
Social business is attracting attention as the means to solve social problems. Although activities such as social business rooted in the area are said to be affected by social capital accumulated in the area, it is not clarified what impact it has on social innovation creation that is requirements of the social business establishment. In this research, the case of the Irodori which has been conducted in Kamikatsu Town, Tokushima Prefecture, was analyzed with a focus on social capital based on interviews and clarified the impact of social capital in the process of creating social innovation.
