Abstract
Offshore software development project became popular. It has its own characteristic problems, such as difficulty in communication because of cultural and linguistic difference. In the case of quick delivery project, order-side project members are often dispatched to vendor-side. Experiment shows that such dispatch has effect on shortening delivery period, but little study has been done to verify the effect. The purpose of this article is to verify the effect of dispatch in offshore software development project by computer simulation. This article developed a model based on ORGMEN added information stickiness, and simulated the effect of such dispatch. The result showed that the effect would be the larger in the higher difficulty level project, and would be the smaller in the larger size project.
