Abstract
The asset management company enrolls in human resources who are required to have specialized knowledge related to mutual funds . I often hear that the personnel of the asset management company are motivated monetary compensation, while Knowledge workers with advanced skills are said to be motivated by factors other than monetary compensation. The category of knowledge workers is expanding and new knowledge on motivation is needed.
Therefore, in this research, I investigated and analyzed as purpose to clarify the actual condition of how much human resources of the asset management company emphasizes monetary compensation and how motivated by other factors.
