About learning by organization type of off-workplace learning group

Abstract

In this research, we conducted a survey of learning opportunities outside the workplace, and investigated and analyzed what learning methods people learning outside the workplace are doing.
Working people learn a lot through work. Work experience promotes the development of working people and changes them like another person. However, Learning is not limited to only the workplace. Actually, many working people are studying independently outside the workplace. Studying sessions outside of the workplace that is a place of learning such as this are a private activity, so it is difficult to grasp the actual situation. Questionnaire survey and interview survey were conducted for those who are actually learning outside the workplace.
