The purpose of this study is to explain how organizational contexts are created through phenomena that emerge from inter-personal relationships. I show the substantive theories that create a context within the organization, briefly described as follows: 1. Interpersonal relationships and behavior will be formed by the institutional norms of the organization. 2. A “person-to-person relationship" and its management will follow the institutional norms. 3. Management that forms “person-to-person relationships" will also form a “cooperational relationship" within the group. Qualitative aspects of the “co-operational relationship" will depend on “person-to-person relationships." 4. Organizational context will be formed by the behavior of the “co-operational relationship," which will be inherited by future generations and become institutionalized in the future organization.
