Abstract
The value of knowledge sharing in a supply chain (SC) is widely accepted in its conceptual sense; however, the lack of concrete evidence has been pointed out. To clarify what and how knowledge is shared in SCs, we organized several SC game workshops by using a self-developed gaming platform. Many participants, including SC management experts, participated in the workshops. Through these workshops, we gained insights into the SC strategic patterns and characteristic trends in SC performance. We constructed some distinctive models of SC strategies using system dynamics based on these insights and analyzed the performance of SCs using the collected gaming data.
