Abstract
Currently, there are about 1.6 billion Muslims in the world. Whereas exports of agricultural products from Japan to the Islamic area are exporting 83.9 billion yen to China, Among Islamic countries, Malaysia has a high evaluation of Halal certification, 8.3 billion yen is exported, 7.1 billion yen to UAE with many high incomes, 6.4 billion yen to Indonesia with high population. It seems that religious problems are involved in this. There are Halal certification organizations such as JAKIM of Malaysia, GULF of UAE and MUI of Indonesia in each country. Exporting to the Islamic area is promoted by obtaining the certification. In this report, after examining differences in certification among Muslim countries, we propose measures to acquire certification.
