Abstract
A Definition of Digitization is ‘Using progressive IT, Gather & Interpret Data of things and human, Find implications, and Control suitably'. Digital Transformation is creation of Business Value by new product and new business process, and challenge to Uncertainty. Management of investment for Digital Transformation is different from IT investment for business administration and efficiency. This paper shows classification of investment, portfolio management, stage gate management, and value evaluation for Digital Transformation.
