Abstract
Miscommunication is a leading cause of serious medical errors. The main purpose of this paper is to research the relationship between medical safety and communication/teamwork among medical staffs by using the survey based on TeamSTEPPS. Our results of empirical study suggest that effective communication and good teamwork can contribute to the medical safety.
